Meetings and coaching don’t need to be boring anymore. The Moor Room & The Lab in Hotel Jerom are not only beautifully decorated, above all the’re functionally furnished and everything’s provided to allow you to sit together in peace and quiet.

“Moor” refers to the nature reserve at the other side of the road which is 6000 ha. large and almost obliges you to an invigorating walk in between. Continue your brainstorm session outside when the weather is good. Or go for a run after your meeting.

WE'LL TAKE CARE OF YOU

The Moor Room can be flexible furnished which makes it easy to work together in your way. We’ll be there to welcome you and take care of the start up of your presentation with the beamer. We believe that healthy food and drinks are key and we’ll treat you with vitamins and healthy bites from the moment you arrive and of course we’re near to help you with questions or requests.

Are included: use of beamer, sound system & pointer, free fast wi-fi, stationery, flexible power supply, flipchart, pin boards, (drinks and snacks optional) cloakroom & free parking at the back or in the vicinity at De Vroente .

The food is also prepared with a lot of love: pure flavors and healthy ingredients that give you energy while you just have to slide your feet under the table.

You choose which combination of room and extras you want and team Jerom will take care of it. Know that quality, conviviality and experience are key and we like open communication with a smile.

Do you want to work really comfortably?

Book a stayover before or after your constructive day at Hotel Jerom. You’ll check in with priority in one of their 21 beautiful rooms and enjoy a good night’s sleep and a fresh, homemade breakfast buffet in the morning. FOOD

Because we believe in the usefulness of brain food, we offer healthy snacks and lunches: think of a fresh yogurt bowl with fruit and chia seeds, fresh fruit, smoothies, healthy sweets, … We only allow local cooking talents in our kitchen that use organic ingredients and care for the importance of short chain food. They even bake their own bread (yes really!)

Dinner in the hotel is possible, which makes moving around in the evening unnecessary. Or we can arrange a taxi for you and make sure you get to and from the restaurant smoothly. Afterwards, everyone can doze off in a wonderful Belgian bed with wonderfully wrinkled bed linen.

#LETGETOUTSIDE

Take the opportunity to meet at the lobby at 7 in the morning to enjoy an hour of pure nature armed with hiking boots and a hiking map. You just have to cross the street for it. Once back, a delicious breakfast buffet awaits you before getting ready for another productive day in the Moor Room.

LET'S TEAM UP

Want to make the team even closer? Then cross the street with Sebastiaan and a bunch of bamboo sticks. He is a creative jack-of-all-trades and makes it a great accessible team building activity. If you want it truly unique, we can arrange shepherd Bert to take you with his herd into nature.

UNIQUE TEAM BUILDING OPTIONS:

BAMBOO BUILDING: Sebastiaan Winkeler works as a team building facilitator and group discussion leader at various organizations. For Hotel Jerom he developed a fun team building with bamboo (think: meter-high construction). You will work with the whole team to complete the challenge successfully. The team will find it’s pace during this 2 to 3 hour activity. Success guaranteed.

JOIN THE HERD? Do you want to do something very very unique with your team? Bert and Yuna, both passionate about sheep and nature and especially the combination of both, have experienced over the years how sheep can change the landscape in a positive way and make a major contribution to the biodiversity of an area. They will tell you all about the grazers of the heather. You might want to bring your camera for this unique experience!

The shepherds and their herd are grazing the nature reserve from mid-April till the end of October.

Moore Room 5 EN

You don’t need a meeting room, but do you want to combine work and pleasure on your own? Or do you just want to work on a project by yourself?

Book your workation and give yourself a boost in the beautiful nature of nature reserve “Kalmthoutse Heide”. Fresh air is just super important to feel fitter and happier and it is good for your concentration, your creativity and your productivity. You may know all this, but you have to admit: at home it’s not always an option to go in full “work-mode”. Let us take care of you.

During your workation at Hotel Jerom you will enjoy a nice room with desk, safe, mini-fridge, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. In the morning we spoil you with a fresh and homemade breakfast buffet and we provide a healthy lunch box for take away. Coffee, tea and water are available all the time in our Brave Bar. Be our guest and take a seat in the lobby or Brave Bar with your laptop/notitions and work among the buzz of our staff working around.
