Early check-in: when you prefer to get into your room before 15h00, an early check-in can be requested from 13h00 (€35).
Late check-in: if you want to check in after 19h00, you can use a card safe for free. Please contact us in advance: team@hoteljerom.com or +32 (0)3 304 82 10.
Late check-out: you can add a late check-out until 13:00 to your reservation, price: 35 euro/room. If you leave after 13h00, an extra night will be charged.
All our prices are for overnight stays including breakfast and free parking (if available).
To confirm your reservation we ask for your credit card details, this card will not be charged, it is a guarantee for your reservation. You will have to verify your credit card with your personal pin code for security and to confirm that you agree with the entry of this credit card. 7 days before your arrival the total amount of your stay will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This only serves to guarantee the reservation, you will pay for your stay on the moment of check-out. Cancellation of your stay (flexible) rate is possible untill 2 days in advance.
Changes to the invoice can be dealt with up until the moment of checking out. Unfortunately, the reservations system does not allow us to do any more changes after check-out.

Gift vouchers can not be accepted when booking through an external partner (like Booking.com), but only when made directly with Hotel Jerom.
We have a 100% no-smoking policy. Smoking in the building or on the emergency stairwell is not accepted. A surcharge of € 300 will be appliquable.
There is an elevator which connect all rooms with the ground floor. There is one room for disabled guests where the bath- and bedroom is accessible for those using a wheelchair. There is a standard double bed (180 x 200 cm) and the room is up to standard regulations. An extra parking spot is provided for you in front of the hotel, to ensure a smooth check-in at Hotel Jerom.
We have a love for animals but we have decided not to allow them in our hotel.
Hotel Jerom is not liable to claims of theft or damage or loss of goods that are in the hotel or at the parking. You are responsible for your own belongings at all times.
A € 300 cleaning fee will be applied to your bill if the notices about our pet-free/smoking-free hotel are disregarded. Any damages to rooms or the hotel premises or items missing will be charged.
All our rooms are equipped for a maximum of two people, except the family rooms. If more individuals are staying in a room that have not been accounted for when booking the room, an extra cost will be charged.
Cancellation policy
Individual booking:
If you have booked a stay and want to cancel it free of charge, this is only possible until 2 days before the date of arrival (midnight). If you cancel less than 2 days before the date of arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay.
In case of a no-show, your stay will be charged.
Group booking:
From 8 rooms a reservation is defined as a group booking, different cancellation conditions apply:
Free cancellation is possible up to 4 weeks before the start. The full balance must be paid within 4 weeks. If you cancel less than 4 weeks before the start, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Requested catering can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days in advance, when external catering was booked, we refer to their terms and conditions.
Business:
The booking of our meeting rooms with accompanying overnight stay with breakfast can be canceled without penalty up to 8 days before the start. If you cancel less than 8 days before arrival, the entire stay will be charged.
Requested catering can be canceled free of charge up to 5 days in advance, when external catering was booked, we refer to their terms and conditions.

Any dispute regarding its validity, interpretation, execution of the agreement, or invoicing in execution thereof falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the district of Antwerp.
What about Covid-19 or similar pandemics?
The above cancellation conditions always apply, you can cancel flexible rates free of charge up to 2 days before arrival. If the Belgian government imposes a national travel ban on Covid-19 for the district of Antwerp or a decision is taken at municipal level, no costs will be charged for the duration of the measure. If national borders were to be closed, all international travel could also be cancelled free of charge. Hotel Jerom can cancel the reservation at any time in case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
